Like air pollution itself, Inspire: Health Advocates for Clean Air is global. Health-oriented professional societies and organizations—of all types and from every region—who have a vested interest in the health effects of air pollution are invited to become a part of this coalition.
What does it mean to be a partner organization?
Partner Organizations are clinical, professional, public health, and academic organizations that are or wish to be actively involved in the specific activities of Inspire.
Inspire’s Partner Organizations are encouraged to:
Support their leadership and members in actions to educate about air pollution health risks and advocate for clean air measures. Opportunities to partner in collaboration with Inspire and its members, including other Partner Organizations, are welcome.
Participate in enhancing the reach and scope of Inspire activities by contributing to content development, dissemination, and promotion.
Promote the Inspire campaign activities through their networks and to the public at related events, meetings, and through the media.
Share stories: Partner Organizations can use the Inspire platform to share information about their activities, materials, and campaigns related to clean air.
Provide expert advice: Where relevant, Partner Organizations may be invited to nominate technical experts from their membership to provide guidance on specific issues.
Raise awareness of air quality issues, information tools, and mitigation strategies related to their expertise.
Who can become a Partner Organization?
All clinical, professional, public health, and academic organizations with a demonstrated interest in preventing and addressing the health impacts of air pollution are invited to become Partner Organizations and collaborate in support of Inspire-relevant activities. Together, Inspire’s Partner Organizations create a diverse network of mobilized stakeholders with the collective experience and expertise to advance Inspire’s goals.
